Ca’ Fabrizio is a newly renovated luxurious apartment, located in one of the most beautiful and authentic areas of Venice, S. Maria Formosa, a few steps from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. It consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, two large double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. It is located on the ground floor of a Venetian building with an independent entrance, armored door and opening with personal code via keypad.

Lo spazio

Ca’ Fabrizio is a spacious and elegant apartment, equipped with all the best comforts, recently restored using the most modern construction techniques while maintaining some original features of the house such as the exposed wooden beams.

The apartment is located in a typical Venetian street, quiet and peaceful, with an outlet on the Rio Santa Marina. It has an independent entrance with armored door and opening with personal code via keypad and is spread over 4 different environments.

The living area includes, in a single room, a living room with LED TV, dining room with large table and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, electric kettle, coffee machine, as well as dishes, pots and cooking utensils.

In the sleeping area we find 2 large double bedrooms, furnished in true Venetian style and with antique handcrafted furniture and rich tapestries, all exclusively Made in Italy.

The bathroom has a window and a shower.

Throughout the apartment: controllable heating, air conditioning and wi-fi connection.

Access for guests

The house is entirely available for guests.

Other things to keep in mind

Rates include the first set of bed linen, towels, disposable slippers and a map of Venice.

Free wifi connection.

The amount does not include the tourist tax which must be paid in cash to the owner upon arrival.
Adults: Euro 4.00 per night.
Children under 9: free.

For the night check an extra cost is applied to be agreed with the owner as the price varies according to the arrival time.

Venice is a fragile city that must be preserved. We ask guests to comply with the regulations for separate collection and waste removal. Inside the apartment there will be a guide containing all the useful information and regulations to follow during your stay.
